Three Alcohol-Free Mocktails using Jukes non-alcoholic wine.
The Jukes Winter Spritz
- 15 ml of Jukes 6
- Half a wine glass of Tonic water
- 1oz Cranberry juice
- 1 Orange wedges
- 1 spoonful of Pomegranate seeds
- A fresh sprig of Rosemary
To Make: Pour Tonic Water, Jukes, and Cranberry juice together in one wine glass, top with orange, pomegranate & rosemary garnish in one glass. Looking to host? Multiply the recipe and serve in a pitcher for your guests.
A Rosé by any Other Name Mocktail
- 1 cup of Jukes 8 ‘The Rosé’
- 250 ml Elderflower Tonic
- 1 Strawberry to Garnish
- A scoop of Crushed Ice
Inspired by the Jukes UK recipe, we swap the sparkling Elderflower sparkling for Elderflower Tonic, we love the Fever Tree tonic.
To make: Mix the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and pour into your favourite glass
Looking to turn this into a cocktail? Swap the Tonic for St. Germain Elderberry liqueur and top with soda water.
- 1 bottle of Jukes 1
- Lime juice from half of a lime
- Sparkling water 125-200ml (to taste)
- Lime to garnish
To Make: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add a bottle of Jukes 1, half a lime squeezed and top with sparkling water. Shake until the outside of the shaker feels cold and strain the mix into the glass over fresh ice. Serve with a wedge of lime.
