Al-Cantara

Al-Cantàra takes its name from the river that runs beneath Mount Etna at Randazzo — “al-cantàra,” Arabic for “bridge,” the same spirit that links each wine to a line of Sicilian poetry on its label. Farmed on volcanic ash at 620 metres, with vines dating back over a century, the estate’s Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccio and Carricante carry Etna’s minerality in every glass.
