This is an elegant white suited for luxurious aperitifs, refined dinners, and special occasions.

Each grape variety is vinified separately using the direct-press method, followed by cool fermentation at 16–18°C. A portion of the Roussanne (10–15% of the blend) is fermented in new barrels, while the rest is aged on fine lees in stainless steel for 6–7 months, resulting in exceptional roundness and texture.
