Cantina di Negrar was founded in 1933 by a group of growers in the amphitheatre of hills that surrounds the town of Negrar, still considered the historic heart of Valpolicella Classico. Nine decades on, the cooperative farms Corvina and Rondinella across those same slopes, tracing the region’s full range from fresh Valpolicella through to Ripasso and Amarone.
