High in the Alto Adige, where German and Italian winemaking traditions meet, Castelfeder has spent generations coaxing crisp, aromatic whites and elegant reds from steep alpine vineyards above Bolzano. Winemakers Tobias Treis and Ivan Giovanett work Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Bianco, Lagrein and Pinot Nero with a light touch, letting each site’s altitude and mineral soils do the talking.
