Founded by Jesuit priests in 1857, Château Ksara is Lebanon’s oldest winery, its cellars running two kilometres through Roman-era caves in the Bekaa Valley. At 1,000 metres, with snowmelt feeding the water table and hot, dry summers ripening the fruit, the estate has spent over a century and a half proving Lebanon’s place among the world’s great wine regions.
