Ferrer Wines

Founded by the Hill family in 1887, this is one of the oldest cellars in the D.O. Cava, in the heart of the Penedès. Its two lines take their names from the region’s golden age — Cuvée 1887 recalling the Belle Époque, Panot Gaudí paying homage to the Modernist architect — while the wines themselves stay true to the classic Cava trio of Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Parellada.
