In the heart of Piedmont’s Langhe, Salvano farms across both Barolo and Barbaresco, giving the estate a rare vantage point on the two great expressions of Nebbiolo. Long ageing in Slavonian oak, in some cases for five years or more, is the house signature, built for wines meant to be kept rather than opened early.
