Xarel-lo, Chardonnay, Macabeo and Parellada, aged a minimum of 18 months in the Hill family’s cellars, one of the oldest in the D.O. Cava. Bright yellow with golden highlights and a fine, persistent mousse. Expressive notes of green pear, kiwi and pineapple lead to a creamy, well-balanced palate.
