An aromatic expression of Malvasia from northeastern Basilicata, grown on hillside vineyards between 350–400 metres above sea level. Fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures, this wine delivers a clean, bright profile with floral notes and soft fruit nuances.
Elegant and refreshing, with a lively finish that reflects its Mediterranean origin.
Ideal with appetizers, risottos, shellfish and seafood dishes. It should be served at 10° – 12°C.
