On the palate, it is warm and powerful, striking a perfect balance between its structured tannins, high alcohol, and refreshing acidity, leading into a never-ending aftertaste. Crafted from hand-picked grapes dried for 100 days using the appassimento method, followed by extended maceration and 48 months of aging in oak barrels plus an additional 48 months in the bottle.
