Structured, smooth, and full on the palate with a silky feel, leading into a long, persistent finish of ripe yellow fruits, citrus, spices, and vanilla. Crafted from hand-selected Trebbiano, Malvasia, and Cococciola grapes dried for 30 days in a desiccation room, fermented in 500L wooden barrels, and aged sur lies for 12 months in oak plus 6 months in bottle.
