With 20% of the Chardonnay aged in wood and over 40 months of refinement on the yeasts, it features a characteristic gold color with fine, continuous perlage. The bouquet introduces charming aromas of yellow-fleshed fruit and soft toasted notes, leading into a full-bodied palate balanced by crisp acidity.
