Pressed using the vertical Marmonier press and aged for at least 68 months on the yeasts with zero dosage (0 g/l sugar residue), 30% of the Chardonnay is refined in oak. Bright yellow in appearance, it delivers complex aromas of ripe yellow fruit, toasted nuances, and subtle honeyed undertones, supported by a firm wood character and strong acidic verve.
