Produced from 100% Aglianico grown at elevations of 400–550 metres, this refined rosato captures the freshness and structure of Basilicata’s volcanic landscape. Vines aged 10–20 years are harvested by hand in the early morning hours to preserve aromatic purity.

A wine for the whole meal, it is recommended with appetizers, soups, risottos, fresh cheeses, and white meats. It should be served at a temperature of around 12° C and consumed within 18 months
